P&D Home Inspections is a family owned inspection company that offers an array of inspection services to meet any of your inspection needs. I have over 30 years of construction and real estate experience as well as a Military and Law Enforcement background. You can always count on my inspections being written in a highly detailed, in-depth, photographic, and descriptive report. Not a typical checklist style report. I'm fully licensed and insured, following the Standards of Practice set by the State of New York and Inter-NACHI. When you hire me to conduct your inspection I will inspect your home using every bit of my experience to give you as much information on the condition of the home as I can.
